Restoration of Services Post COVID-19 Lockdown

Following the end of the COVID-19 lockdown, Union Bank of India has resumed its regular operating hours and restored all banking services. During the lockdown, the bank had taken necessary measures to protect its customers and staff, including adjustments in staff count and providing a 'COVID-19 Regulatory Package'.

Previously closed services such as account opening, passbook printing, cash deposit and withdrawal, cheque clearing, remittances and government transactions, and note exchange services have now been reinstated.
