The State Bank of India (SBI) provides several convenient methods for customers to access a mini statement that showcases recent debit and credit activities. This service is available via SBI Quick Banking, missed call, SMS, WhatsApp, and both mobile and net banking. Ensure your phone number is registered with the bank to use these services. Here's how to obtain an SBI mini-statement through different methods:

Accessing SBI Mini Statement through Netbanking

Log into the SBI Net Banking portal with your User ID and password. Go to the ‘Account Summary’ section and select “Click here for the last 10 transactions” to view your mini statement. This platform facilitates managing multiple accounts, viewing account statements, and checking transaction histories. Ensure you are registered for SBI net banking services beforehand.

Getting SBI Mini Statement via WhatsApp Banking

SBI customers can retrieve mini statements and account balances using the WhatsApp banking service. Add SBI's number +91-9022690226 to your contacts and send “Hi” from your registered mobile number. Send 1 to check the balance and 2 to receive a mini statement.

SBI Mini Statement through Missed Call Service

For a quick mini statement, give a missed call to +91-9223866666 using your registered mobile number. After two rings, the call disconnects, and you receive an SMS with the last five transactions.

Steps to Receive SBI Mini Statement via Mobile Banking

  1. Download the 'YONO SBI' app from Google or Apple stores.
  2. Log in with your credentials.
  3. Select “My Accounts.”
  4. Choose the ‘Mini Statement’ option to view the last 10 transactions.

Benefits of SBI Mini Statement Service

SBI Quick's automated services enhance efficiency by eliminating the need to log into online accounts for transaction details. It’s a fast, user-friendly method to access your SBI account’s recent five or 10 transactions without requiring a computer or smartphone. A simple SMS-capable phone suffices, saving time typically spent queueing at banks. Several associated banks also offer missed call banking.

Registering Mobile Number for SBI Mini Statement

A registered phone number is essential for the mini statement service. Register your number during account setup or as necessary. To register, use SBI Quick by sending an SMS formatted as REGAccount Number to 09223488888. This registers your number for mini statement services and SMS banking. For mobile banking services, SMS the required code to 9223440000 for activation.
