1. Firstly, you need to register your mobile number by typing "HP DistributorPhoneNumberWithStdCode ConsumerNumber" and sending it to the HP Anytime number of your respective state listed in the above table. This one-time registration process will generate a successful registration message.
2. Once registered, to book a refill cylinder through SMS, type "HPGAS" and send it to the HP Anytime number of your state. You will receive an SMS confirming the booking of the refill cylinder along with a reference number.
Please note that customers should ensure they send the message with the correct code to receive a reply. Confirmation will be provided after the message is delivered.
How to Book HP Gas by Call
For Unregistered Customers:
1. Make a call to the HP Anytime IVR Number.
2. Select the language option.
3. Enter the dealer landline number without the STD code.
4. Enter the consumer number.
5. Press 1 to book a refill.
6. If the gas booking is successful, the IVR system will provide you with a booking number and offer to register your mobile number.
For Registered Users:
1. Make a call to the IVR number and confirm your consumer number.
2. Press 1 to book a refill.
3. If the booking is successful, the IVR system will provide you with a booking number. Take note of this number. You will receive a confirmation message with a reference number on your registered mobile number.
