How to Use the Bank of Maharashtra NEFT Form?

Bank of Maharashtra, a renowned public sector bank in India, provides various fund transfer options, including NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer). Available via scheduled banks, this service can be utilized online or through bank branches. For branch transfers, the Bank of Maharashtra NEFT form must be filled out. To process NEFT requests at a branch, ensure these details are included on the form:
- Date
- Branch Name (submission location)
- PAN (applicant's)
- Transfer Amount: in words and figures
- Payment Method: cash, cheque, or bank debit
- Applicant Information: account number, if applicable, cheque number; name, address, and mobile number
- Beneficiary Details: name, account number, LEI code, bank name, IFSC, branch address, and any sender-to-receiver info

Transaction fees at the bank are:
- Up to Rs 10,000: Rs 2.50
- Rs 10,001 to Rs 1 lakh: Rs 5.00
- Rs 1,00,001 to Rs 2 lakhs: Rs 15.00
- Above Rs 2 lakhs: Rs 25
