How to Redeem RBL Credit Card Reward Points Online

RBL Bank has launched India's first digital reward redemption program, allowing credit card holders to redeem their reward points online. This innovative initiative began on April 1st, 2015, and aims to provide unique and engaging reward experiences for the Indian market.

The program allows RBL clients to redeem accumulated points for a variety of options, such as hotel stays, flights, advanced gadgets, mobile recharges, retail shopping vouchers, and personalized gifts, among other offerings.

This loyalty program is straightforward. Clients with privileged status are automatically enrolled in the scheme, earning points through the use of their RBL credit card. Each point is valued at 25 paise in actual currency. Upon collecting enough points, clients can explore diverse redemption options.

Steps to Redeem RBL Credit Card Reward Points Online:

• Step 1: Visit rblrewards.com and log in using your unique ID and password. If not registered, click "Register here!" to register your card online.
• Step 2: Enter your card number and date of birth, then click "GENERATE OTP" to receive a One-Time Password.
• Step 3: Input the OTP received on your registered mobile number and click "OK" to proceed.
• Step 4: Set up an account with your email and password. Click "Create My Account" to access the RBL reward site.
• Step 5: Choose how to redeem points—options include hotel stays, flights, shopping from various categories, mobile recharge, retail vouchers, personalized gifts. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• Step 6: Click "Redeem Points", select the points to redeem, and enter the OTP sent to your registered number to finalize the redemption.
