The Land Records Management System , known as Bhoomi , was introduced by the Government of Karnataka in 2000 to facilitate access to land records digitally, replacing the manual method with digital Records of Rights (RTCs). ### Bhoomi Karnataka Services Citizens, particularly farmers, can access Bhoomi offices to apply for RTCs by submitting the required documents.
