Online Methods:

1. Via UAN Member Portal:

  • Log in to the UAN Member Portal.
  • Click 'Online Services.'
  • Select 'Track Claim Status.'

2. EPFO Portal:

  • Go to the EPFO Portal.
  • Navigate to 'For Employees' > 'Service' > 'Know your Claim Status.'
  • Enter UAN and CAPTCHA, then 'Search.'

3. Using PF Account Number Without UAN:

  • Access EPFO’s official site.
  • Proceed to 'Know your Claim Status.'
  • Select state and city of PF Office.
  • Input PF account number and 'Submit.'

4. Umang App:

  • Launch the Umang App.
  • Select 'EPFO' > 'Employee Centric Services' > 'Track Claim.'
  • Enter UAN, input OTP, verify, and 'Login.'

Offline Methods:

1. SMS:

  • Send 'EPFOHO UAN LAN' to the specified number.

2. Missed Call:

  • Make a missed call from your registered mobile to 011-22901406.

Note: Offline methods necessitate a registered mobile number linked to your UAN.
